Houseboat Features - 30, 40, 60,100 and 120 Man
Our houseboat or accommodation barge has been designed taking into consideration the operational needs of our client and the need to observe the highest safety standard and best practices obtainable anywhere in the world in the industry. Thus our typical houseboat which comes in various capacities of 30, 40, 60,100 and 120 accommodates personnel both senior and junior staff and its comes with features such as Muster and Generator barges, laundry room, Kitchen, Mess room, Recreation room and the Medics room. Others are Biological / sewage treatment plant, Fire fighting equipment store, Fire alarm system and Fire Hydrant etc. See Pics showing the features stated above.
TYPICAL ROOM
Each room is deigned for comfort and sound sleep equipped with refrigerator, TV, Cable TV, Writing Desk, wardrobe.
GENERATOR BARGE
This is showing two (2) 150KVA generators for power supply needs of the houseboat. with all the necessary electrical connections.
MUSTER POINT
This is for assembly of all occupants of the houseboat during any emergency on board. Each house boat comes with a Muster barge with Length of 8.00M, Breadth 4.50M with the Dept of 1.50M. A TYPICAL MUSTER BARGE
KITCHEN UNIT
The Kitchen is fitted with two Air Extractor Fan, two Industrial Cooker, two Butcher Table, two Kitchen Shelf, 2hp Air Conditioner, two Kitchen Basin, two Kitchen Mixer. Electric insect killer, Ultra Violet ray sterilizer for water purification, 2 Smoke Detector and water sprinkler.
MESS HALL
The Mess Hall for 80 man houseboat is designed to accommodate a minimum 32 persons at a time. They are equipped with Eight set of dining tables / 32 pieces of chairs, 2 pedestal wash hand basin, One Hand Dryer, One unit of 1.5HP air conditioner, One Unit of 2HP air Conditioner, 2 Smoke Detector, two 4ft Lighting fittings, one Insect Killer, two Emergency Light.
RECREATION ROOM
The need for personnel to have a leisure time even in offshore operational environment has necessitated the need for this facility. It comes with comfortable 2 Set of chairs and 2 Centre Tables, 4 side stools, 40 inches TV sets and Home Theaters, DSTV Cable. This facility is equally fitted with one unit of 1.5hp and one unit 2hp air Conditioners, Inspect Killer, smoke detectors and water sprinkler.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry requirement of the personnel on board, our houseboats is fitted with two industrial washing machines and two dryers. Also available is a pressing table iron, with 1.5 HP Split Unite Air Conditioner, smoke detectors, water sprinkler, Four Industrial Socket and Shelves.
MEDIC ROOM
We realize that workers could take ill at any time hence the provision of medic room for preliminary investigation before patient could have access to medical attention taking outside for proper medical attention.
BIOLOGICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT
This is a Biological Sewage system containing two tanks, blower, two pumps, one dozing pump and control panel. Two Pressure tank and one 1Hp pump for fresh water supply.
FIRE AND SAFETY STORE
The store contains Safety and Fire Fighting Materials
